Cancellation due to COVID-19
Any bookings made after May 1st 2020 unable to proceed due to COVID-19 will be fully transferable to another trip starting within 18-months of your booked trip date. If you are unable to transfer your booking, you will be provided with a full refund. This policy will apply for bookings made before December 1st 2021, with extensions to the policy to be considered if deemed necessary.
Cancellation by Guest
• If your booking is cancelled less than 2 days prior to departure Luxury Boutique Boat Charters shall retain the full charter fee paid.
• If a booking is cancelled more than 5 days prior to departure the deposit paid is non-refundable but transferable to another charter date within 18 months of the original dates.
• The date of cancellation is the date Luxury Boutique Boat Charters receives written notice of cancellation.
• Cancellation also applies if guests fail to show at the arranged venue for departure. Luxury Boutique Boat Charters will retain the full charter fee paid.
• No refund will be paid if guests choose, for whatever reason, to leave the charter after it has commenced.
Cancellation by Luxury Boutique Boat Charters Mandurah
Luxury Boutique Boat Charters Mandurah reserves the right to cancel any trip due to weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of its control. In such a case, guests will be given a choice of
• Transferring payments towards another trip date
• Receiving a full refund including deposit and payments paid to Luxury Boutique Boat Charters.
All trips are guaranteed to depart once a minimum of 2 guests are confirmed. No trip will be cancelled for insufficient numbers inside 7 days and every effort will be made to consolidate numbers so that the booked trip will successfully depart.
All trips with a minimum of 2 international guests are guaranteed to depart.
Capacity
Luxury Boutique Boat Charters cruises require a minimum of 2 guests and a maximum of 4 guests.
Onboard Code of Conduct
Luxury Boutique Boat Charters Mandurah reserves the right to stop you from participating on your trip if you behave in an abusive and/or threatening manner; or engage in illegal activities.
It is the sole responsibility of passengers to ensure their own safety, behaviour and conduct whilst utilising our services or others involved with any charter. This includes following all directions given by staff.
Luxury Boutique Boat Charters reserves the right to suspend a charter, refuse, remove access to its vessel to any passenger or group at any time, who or by way of a deliberate act, wilful damage, is deemed or behaves in a manner that risks the safety or comfort of the vessel, passengers, themselves, staff, members of the public and public areas or facilities.
The below list includes but is not limited to refusal or removal of a passenger or group;
• Abusive or threatening behaviour
• Acts of violence
• Derogatory or foul language
• Discrimination, ethnic or racial vilification
• Sexual harassment both verbal and physical
• Intoxication, drugs illicit or prescription
• Damage to property
• Failure to follow crew directions
Where a passenger is refused or removed from a charter, Luxury Boutique Boat Charters Mandurah reserves the right to involve authorities as required, recover costs incurred by Luxury Boutique Boat Charters Mandurah and strictly no refunds will be offered or financial assistance given, be responsible for return transportation this includes but not limited to costs incurred by the passenger for travel from any location where a passenger is disembarked which will be the nearest and accessible jetty or other means of disembarking.
Passengers are required to immediately advise a crew member of any occurrence of the above mentioned.
Any passenger or group where a charter is suspended refused or access removed to its vessel at the sole discretion of Luxury Boutique Boat Charters may be refused or banned from any or further bookings aboard its vessel(s) in the future.
